Stand-alone CWSF production unit is a unique development from Amalthea-Service and Effective Energy Technologies GmbH (Austria). Unit has low-energy consumption for producing CWSF and characterized with stable CWSF characteristics and wide range of possible coals.
Amalthea-Service proposes new 'production+combustion' solution which includes equipment and services for swithicng from coal to CWS. Solution is targeted for 
Rotary-pulse apparatus (RIA) is designed for processing liquids, pastes and slurries. In the purpose of CWS production it used for preliminary water activation which is pass to wet-milling device.

CWSF could be combusted in almost all types of boilers: gas, oil, coal.In most cases CWSF combusted as usual liquid fuel (like Heavy Fuel Oil - HFO). Atomizer injects CWSF into the boiler chamber where CWSF is sprayed. Atomizer is developed especially for the CWSF to spray it with the right angle (2α) and with right droplet size.
Droplets size and calorific value are the main differences between CWSF and HFO. Due to typical coal particle size in CWSF is less 80 mkm CWSF drops have the size about 1..2 mm. In addition CWSF has another ignition zone what must be taken into the account.
