Stand-alone CWSF production unit is a unique development from Amalthea-Service and Effective Energy Technologies GmbH (Austria). Unit has low-energy consumption for producing CWSF and characterized with stable CWSF characteristics and wide range of possible coals.
Amalthea-Service proposes new 'production+combustion' solution which includes equipment and services for swithicng from coal to CWS. Solution is targeted for 
Rotary-pulse apparatus (RIA) is designed for processing liquids, pastes and slurries. In the purpose of CWS production it used for preliminary water activation which is pass to wet-milling device.

Village Enskiy
Village Enskiy is located above the Polar Circle in Murmnskaya region (russia), near the city of Kovdor.
WCF production shop & coal storage
WCF production shop is located right near the railway (about 40 meters distance) what allows to unload the coal and quickly deliver to WCF-shop.
WCF-production shop and coal storage occupies an area 40*45m. Shop is located in a light fittings (hangar) with size 20*9m and height 12m (in a top point).
Boiler house (heating station)
Boiler house is located in an industry part of viallge Ensliy and was built in 70-s of 20-th century. Boiler house was built in accordance to great perspective of the village to become a town with population up to 20'000. These plans were not realized and village of Enskiy has now only about 2'000-3'000 population.
Because of idea of further perspective boiler house has more space and more boilers than it's actually required for village heating. This allowed to use redunant boilers for retrofitting them for using WCF.
Four heating-oil storage tanks (each by 1000ton) are located near the boiler house. It is planned to use one of these tanks for WCF-storage.
